This pack focuses on formatting spreadsheets. Practice is provided in the following features: number (eg percentage, custom, date, time, text), alignment (eg orientation, text alignment, wrap text, merge/split cells), font, border, patterns, protection, and conditional formatting. A ‘How To’ section is included at the back of the pack with outline instructions on the skills. A number of the exercises are cumulative and it is therefore recommended, unless specifically directed otherwise by their tutor, that students should work through this pack in order. A skills checklist is included which can be used by tutors to locate exercises for students requiring specific practise. The cumulative exercise numbers are indicated on this checklist in bold.
